Solution Storage Data Limit
NCrunch Grid Node configuration setting Default Value: 15GBID/Tag in config file: SnapshotDataLimitInMb
Purpose
This setting defines a size limit enforced for a grid node's snapshot storage directory.
When downloading solution snapshots from connected grid clients, the grid node will remove old snapshots as necessary to make space for new ones.
Recommendations
Always make sure a grid node storage directory has enough disk space to be able to store the solutions being used by all connected clients.
Setting this configuration setting to a higher value will increase permitted disk consumption, allowing NCrunch to store more snapshots over time. By storing more snapshots, the grid node will have additional chances to re-use old snapshots that are picked up by clients. This can reduce the need for future file copying.
